Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid / On-Site (Flexible) Reports To: Creative Director / Agency Principal Job Summary We are seeking a highly creative, trend-focused Social Media Manager to manage and scale the LinkedIn and multi-platform presence for our roster of clients. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role requiring a mix of strategic client management, visual planning, and on-camera execution. You will be the creative engine driving content ideas, mapping out visual concepts, and stepping in front of the lens to bring client stories to life. Core Responsibilities Client Account Management: Oversee end-to-end publishing, scheduling, and community engagement for a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn. Trend Sourcing: Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and platform algorithm shifts daily to quickly pivot and apply relevant ideas to client strategies. Ideation & Concepts: Brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative content ideas and campaigns tailored specifically to each client’s brand identity and target audience. Pre-Production & Moodboards: Prepare visual moodboards, shot lists, and creative outlines to align with clients before production days. On-Camera Talent: Act as the on-camera face or voice for various client content pieces, including hosting short-form videos, interviewing, and presenting trends. iPhone Content Creation: Conduct light, agile content shoots using an iPhone, utilizing basic mobile lighting, stabilizing tools, and clear audio setups. Consistent Publishing: Maintain zero-defect scheduling and posting routines, ensuring all client captions are polished, formatted, and error-free. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of social media management experience, ideally within a digital agency or managing multiple external clients. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn formatting, networking dynamics, and algorithm optimization, alongside standard short-form video platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok). On-Camera Comfort: Natural, high-energy, and confident screen presence with a proven portfolio of hosted video content. Mobile Production: Strong eye for framing, lighting, and capturing crisp video assets natively on an iPhone. Visual Planning: Proficiency with visual tools (e.g., Pinterest, Milanote, Canva) to build clear, inspiring moodboards for clients.
