Requirements
- ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent preferred/required depending on role)
- Hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong generalist experience (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis)
- Blood bank experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
