We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join a fast-paced customer support team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with order placement, order status updates, product questions, pricing inquiries, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, can manage multiple priorities, and works well with teams across the organization to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding orders, pricing, products, and account information
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately within the company's ERP system
• Handle customer concerns and complaints while providing a high level of customer service
• Monitor and respond to incoming emails to meet team service and response goals
• Create and maintain customer accounts and related records
• Work closely with teams including logistics, supply chain, sales, regulatory affairs, and trade compliance to resolve customer needs
• Troubleshoot basic product or technical issues over the phone and process return authorizations when needed
• Communicate potential issues, delays, or customer concerns to leadership proactively
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute toward departmental goals and KPI metrics
• Consistently meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of previous customer service, customer support, call center, or order management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling both phone and email support
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
