CSI International - - Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the Guest Services personnel; promoting a safe environment and quality services to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and financial success.; Assist with development and training sessions for hotel front office personnel on guest service and maintaining service standards.; Coordinate guest service efforts including group arrivals and departures, and guest transportation to maximize guest experience.; Ensure accurate cash handling and posting of monies, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit; provide timely and precise hotel charges at checkout.; Operate the PBX equipment and oversee front desk communications, including wake-up calls and guest paging.
