ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent three years working as a team member, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation in the business. Our team brings over 75 years of combined experience, creating a knowledgeable and supportive environment that is deeply focused on serving customers the right way - one policy at a time.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and staying active through sports. Im heavily involved in the community through multiple charitable organizations and serve on the Chamber. Staying engaged locally and giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Seth Joubert - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
