The role You live on social and know why a trend works before it peaks. In this role you'll help shape our social presence day to day turning trends into concepts, editing them into scroll-stopping posts, and staying close to our audience in the comments and DMs. It's a hands-on, creative role for someone early in their career who's fluent in the feed and ready to grow. What you'll do Spot and translate social trends into content ideas that fit the PCH brand Edit and assemble content into finished, platform-ready posts (short-form video and graphics) Write platform-native captions and copy in our brand voice Keep the content calendar moving - plan, schedule, and publish across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Manage inbound engagement: respond to comments and DMs, and keep a pulse on what the audience is saying Track performance and flag what's working so we can double down What you bring Deep, current fluency in social media trends, formats, and platform culture Hands-on editing skills - you can cut short-form video and put together clean graphics A strong eye for ideas and brand voice, and what performs natively on each platform Some experience creating for brand social accounts (internships, personal projects, or prior roles all count) Bonus points Videography, comfortable shooting your own footage when needed Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva) Interest in sweepstakes, gaming, or consumer entertainment ARB Interactive uses AI-assisted tools as part of our recruitment process, including skills matching, assessments, and interview note-taking.
