Buddy’s BBQ is looking for a Restaurant Manager who’s excited to grow with us and help lead a team committed to serving delicious food and unforgettable customer experiences. This position is perfect for someone with food service experience who’s ready to step into a leadership role. What You’ll Do: Lead and support a team of awesome crew members Hire, train, and coach team members to deliver top-tier service Manage day-to-day store operations Create a welcoming, positive environment for guests and staff Help monitor inventory, ordering, and food costs Address guest feedback with professionalism and care Drive results – including sales, staffing, and customer experience Ensure all health and safety standards are met Who You Are: Friendly, reliable, and motivated A great communicator who leads by example Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems Passionate about food, people, and creating a great work culture Comfortable taking initiative and making smart decisions Experienced in food service (required), with leadership skills ready to shine Position Details: Reports to: General Manager Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Growth opportunities available Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends If you're ready to bring your leadership skills to a place where people matter and BBQ brings us together , we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
