Join a provider-led, patient-centered healthcare organization in Great Falls, MT, as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician. This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient responsibilities and the opportunity to enjoy a flexible schedule, collaborative team environment, and a strong work/life balance in one of Montana's most welcoming communities.

Position Highlights:

• 100% Outpatient Internal Medicine practice
• Monday through Friday schedule with optional 4-day work week
• No inpatient responsibilities – hospitalist team manages admissions
• Evening call rotation is 1:10 and limited to phone-only
• Supported by a team of three physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers
• Fully staffed Acute Care Hospital with in-house specialty support

Access to:

• 36-bed inpatient unit
• 10-bed open ICU
• 2 catheterization labs and pre/post-procedure unit
• 5 operating rooms + 4-room ambulatory surgery center
• 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced EM providers
• Dedicated observation beds

Requirement:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Passion for patient-centered, team-based care
• Eligibility for Montana medical licensure
