Travel Endoscopy Technician

We're looking for Endoscopy Technicians for an immediate travel opening in SanMarcos, TX. The right Endoscopy Technician should have at least one year of experience. Responsibilities Prepare procedure rooms, endoscopes, and instruments for use Assist the physician and RN during endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies Handle specimens properly and transport them to the appropriate departments Monitor and reassure patients before, during, and after procedures Clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopic equipment according to infection control standards Maintain inventory of endoscopy supplies and ensure proper storage Inspect and test equipment for functionality before each use Document equipment usage and maintenance logs accurately Comply with all safety protocols, infection prevention, and facility policies Support patient flow and room turnover between procedures Requirements At least one year of experience as an Endoscopy Technician. Current BLS certification. CGR National Certification or CST with endoscopy experience may be considered. State licensure may be required. BLS. SGNA (CGR). 2 Years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
