Position Call Center Sales Agent - Entry Level Benefits Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Tuition assistance 401(k) matching NO Remote positions Available Salary Range Salary: $32,500 to $37,500 Annual Salary Plus Commission Salary Plus up to 12% Commission on Gross Profit Expected 1st year income to be estimated at $55,000 plus Location Location: 6030 Bowdendale Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 Schedule Full Time Schedule: 40 hrs/wk during hours of operation (Mon-Fri, 7:50AM-6PM Eastern Time) What you'll do Make 150 to 200 outbound calls to businesses using our CRM Qualify Businesses to confirm requirements are met for shipping Generate rate quotes while educating businesses about our freight services Meet individual and team sales goals Follow phone scripting to ensure compliance Record responses and call outcomes in our CRM Who you are Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred A strong hunger for financial success Being a self-starter with an business owners spirit and a need to exceed goals A positive attitude Passionate about making a difference!
