Ana Bird Legal Search is partnering with a nationally respected law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate with at least three years of substantive transactional real estate experience. This opportunity offers sophisticated, high-value real estate work, meaningful responsibility, and close collaboration with experienced partners. Candidates may be based in Seattle, Washington, DC, Houston, or the San Francisco Bay Area. Exceptional US-based remote candidates may also be considered. Responsibilities Represent clients in complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing transactions. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, licenses, and financing documents. Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title and survey review. Manage transaction closings and coordinate multiple workstreams. Identify legal and commercial risks and develop practical solutions. Collaborate directly with partners and clients throughout transactions. Qualifications At least 3 years of substantive transactional real estate experience. Experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, or comparable institutional clients. Strong drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and closing experience. Ability to independently manage matters and exercise sound professional judgment. Excellent analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills. J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility for admission in the applicable jurisdiction. Why Consider This Opportunity?
