This role is ideal for APPs interested in expanding their influence, improving care delivery and contributing to organizational decision-making. This may also have the potential for a strong APP to progress into a balance of clinical and leadership responsibilities.About the Horizon ProgramThe Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in central and mid-coast Maine. This includes the Horizon Clinic - one-stop shop to primary care, mental health services, case managers and others - offering an easy way to meet many needs and to get questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and expense.
