They're already interested. Your role is to step into those conversations, build trust, ask the right questions, and guide qualified prospects toward booking a call with our team. We operate from offices in Celebration, Florida and Hartlepool, UK, serving clients across the world.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will:Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, and online communitiesRespond to DMs, comments, and story replies with speed, personality, and professionalismTurn engagement into genuine conversationsAsk thoughtful questions to understand each lead's goals and challengesGuide qualified prospects toward booking a discovery callFollow up consistently with leads who haven't taken action yetRe-engage inactive or "ghosted" conversationsTrack conversations, bookings, and follow-up activityYou'll also help create simple weekly story prompts designed to spark engagement and generate new inbound conversations.What Success Looks LikeThis is a performance-driven role with clear targets and measurable outcomes.
