Production JobJOB SUMMARY: To feed, inspect and package material to VEKA Inc. standards.PRIMARY DUTIES:Assist in setting up the lamination line for productionFeed line while runningInspect material for quality during production runPrepare primer padsMaintain a safe and clean working environmentProperly box and pack finished product with correct count and order numberPrepare samples for QA testingInsert woolpileModification of profile off-line (ie. Cut nail fin, pocket removal)Pull base product for painting per production scheduleProperly pre-treat correct locations and quantitiesAssist in machine set-upAssist in machine clean out / tooling cleanupConsolidate product for batch bakingApply protective film, when requiredStack processed material for oven curingSECONDARY DUTIES:Operates forklift if licensed and needed or requiredOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Judgement, Oral Communication, Working Under Pressure, and FlexibilityMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Education or GED, and good standing with respect to VEKA's policy/procedure and attendance.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
