Tasks As the Business Analyst USM , you will perform the following duties: Implement and continuously improve performance dialogues between all levels within the department Define, develop, and maintain key performance indicators to structure and analyze all ongoing business activities Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met, perform root cause analyses, and track corrective actions Design, build, and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards, management cockpits, and analytical reports Support in the migration of existing Tableau reports and dashboards to Power BI, including functional redesign, KPI harmonization, and continuous improvement of the reporting landscape Collaborate with other process centers or departments on the development of KPIs, dashboards, and other performance management and reporting projects * All other duties as assigned or required Behind the scenes Our Purpose The Lufthansa Group connects people, cultures, and economies in a sustainable way.
