\nHow you’ll make an impact in this role \n

\n
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization, and implement and monitor patient care plans.
\n
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
\n
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
\n
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
\n
• Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.\n

\nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need \n

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

\n

\n
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
\n
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
\n

Education:

\n
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
\n
