About Us
NY Events is a direct marketing and sales company that represents Fortune 100 brands through in-store promotions and pop-up events. We run like a team: we train together, compete together and win together. We’re looking for competitive, team-first people to join our Manhattan office.

About the Role
As a Team Associate, you’ll work in face-to-face sales and marketing for Fortune 100 brands at retail locations and pop-up events. You’ll connect with customers, present our clients’ products and services, and help customers sign up. No sales experience is needed. We’ll train you on everything.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Fortune 100 brands at retail stores and pop-up events
- Engage customers face-to-face and understand what they need
- Present products and services and guide customers through the sales process
- Compete with your team to hit daily and weekly sales goals
- As you grow: coach new team members, lead your own team and support operations
Your Growth Path
- Team Associate: learn sales, marketing and customer service fundamentals
- Team Trainer: coach and develop new team members
Team Leader / Manager: lead your own team
Promotions are based on performance and leadership ability.
Who We’re Looking For
- Current or former athletes (high school, college, club or rec) or anyone with a competitive, team-first mindset
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service or similar; recent grads welcome
- Outgoing, energetic and comfortable meeting new people
- Coachable, driven and reliable
- Available full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
