- Partner with executive and operational leadership to establish safety goals, priorities, key metrics, and improvement plans.
- Promote a proactive safety culture focused on hazard identification, prevention, learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Provide hands-on coaching to employees and supervisors on safe work practices, hazard recognition, personal protective equipment, and procedure adherence.

- Monitor completion and effectiveness of safety actions, ensuring issues are resolved and lessons learned are incorporated into future practices.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, response procedures, evacuation plans, and employee communication.
- Lead safety audits as required by Emerson or customers.
