New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Technician

To support a growing pharmacy care management team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage prescription orders, assist with medication dispensing, and serve as a liaison between customers and providers in a remote call-center environment. Key responsibilities: Enter and edit prescription data to ensure accurate dispensing and maintain patient profiles Receive and triage incoming calls to address client inquiries and fulfill prescription requests Participate in quality initiatives and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and operational standards Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Active pharmacy technician license in New Jersey or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a healthcare setting CPhT certification preferred Proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong computer skills
