Schedule

• Pay: $35.00 per hour

• Shift: 2nd Shift

• Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

• Position: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and vacuum systems.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and support equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.

• Replace defective components and perform equipment adjustments to restore proper operation.

• Inspect equipment to identify potential failures before they impact production.

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and maintenance documentation.

• Train and assist production employees on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment reliability, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.

• Follow all company safety policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.

• HVAC, welding, or PLC experience is preferred but not required.

• Basic computer skills.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Flexibility to work overtime as production demands require.

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
