Job Description
You will be responsible for the supervision/management of a team of facilities planners, developmental planners, Real Property Accountable Officers (RPAO), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professionals, and Community Planning Liaison Officers.
You will be responsible for planning work for subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, ensuring work is properly inducted, and preparing schedules for completion of work; assigning work to subordinates based upon priorities
You will be responsible for developing plans of accomplishment, resource requirements, and schedules. Assists in developing and executing the annual requirements and budget impacting the Real Property Management Branch
You will serve as a Government Official in the selection of contractors to provide products and services, prepares statements of work, and government estimates to ensure that actions are conducted as required.
You will be responsible for managing NSA Annapolis' real property portfolios and shore facility planning systems, and assuring facility and land use aligns with the installation's mission requirements.
