Senior Director / Director , Breast Oncology Lifecycle Management
Natera
Natera seeks a Senior Director or Director of Breast Oncology Lifecycle Management to drive commercial strategy and execution in breast cancer. This remote role requires developing strategic plans, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing product adoption across academic and community oncology settings.
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial strategy and execution for breast cancer products across oncology stakeholders
- Lead breast cancer lifecycle team in defining indications and developing evidence roadmap
- Develop value propositions and messaging frameworks based on clinical evidence and competitive landscape
- Partner with Market Access to secure reimbursement for non-covered indications
- Develop and execute KOL engagement plans and advisory boards with marketing and medical affairs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree (MBA or PhD) preferred
- More than 8 years in product marketing or market analytics at pharmaceutical/biotech company
- Breast cancer market experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of oncology molecular testing and biomarkers
- Prior key opinion leader management experience preferred
- Ability to lead without direct authority and influence cross-functional teams
- Strategic agility with enterprise mindset and executive presence
