Seeking a PLM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Teamcenter/Teamcenter X, enterprise integrations, Medical Device compliance, data migration, and Digital Thread architecture for large-scale global transformation programs.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- 8+ years as a Teamcenter/Teamcenter X Solution Architect .
- Define PLM roadmaps, solution blueprints, target architecture, and global templates.
- Architect Part, BOM, Document, Change, Classification, and Requirements Management solutions.
- Design integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES, ALM, QMS, LMS, Codebeamer, SolidWorks, and Altium .
- Strong expertise in AIG, APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations, BMIDE, ITK, SOA, REST, and Dispatcher .
- Define Digital Thread across Requirements, Design, BOM, Change, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory processes.
- Strong knowledge of Medical Device processes including DHF, DMR, Design Controls, Traceability, CAPA, and Risk Management.
- Lead data migration, governance, validation, audit, and compliance strategies.
- Experience migrating from Agile PLM, Autodesk Vault, Documentum, SharePoint, Polarion, and TrackWise .
- Lead workshops, fit-gap assessments, architecture reviews, estimation, and executive stakeholder discussions.
- Proven experience leading global PLM transformation programs in MedTech/regulated manufacturing .
