Groundhog Landscaping, one of southern New Hampshire's largest full‑service landscape companies, is looking for a full‑time Hardscape Construction Crew Member to join our team in Derry, NH. In this full‑time role you will enjoy competitive pay ranging from $22 – $24 per hour, plus generous benefits, such as: Health, dental, and vision insurance Growth opportunities Company parties A new, updated company vehicle (only available during working hours) Uniforms Paychecks every Friday with the option for direct deposit You will work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, giving you your evenings and weekends free. Qualifications Experience in hardscaping or landscaping Strong attention to detail Commitment to quality workmanship Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans A Day in the Life As a Hardscape Construction Crew Member you will become an essential part of our collaborative team, assisting in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas. Each workday you will follow project plans, operate hand and power tools and equipment, prepare and grade sites, and lay pavers and stones with precision. You will maintain a safe and organized work environment while ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
