Senior Client Partner, New Logo Sales (AI & Digital Transformation)
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid). Must live within 50 miles of Orlando.
About the Role
We are looking for a consultative New Logo Sales Hunter to grow our AI engineering and digital transformation business. You will find, develop, and close new enterprise relationships with organizations using AI, data, software engineering, and modern technology to transform their business. This is a senior individual contributor role for a proven enterprise seller who thrives in a greenfield environment and builds executive relationships from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run a territory strategy focused on winning net-new enterprise logos.
- Engage C-suite and senior leaders across IT, data, AI, digital, and the business.
- Create your own opportunities instead of relying on inbound leads or existing accounts.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close.
- Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to shape winning proposals.
- Meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets while keeping a healthy pipeline.
- Represent the company at executive forums, industry events, and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a proven record of winning new customers.
- Success selling technology consulting, digital engineering, AI, data, cloud, or transformation services.
- Strong executive presence and credibility with C-suite and senior technology leaders.
- A solid understanding of the enterprise AI landscape, including generative AI, data platforms, and modernization.
- Experience growing $500K+ opportunities into multi-million-dollar engagements preferred.
- Existing relationships in Florida and the Southeast are a strong plus.
- Excellent prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Must live within 50 miles of Orlando and be able to work a hybrid schedule.
