Eagle Gymnastics Academy is seeking passionate and dependable recreational coaches to join our Eagle Family. We are more than a gymnastics gym. We are a community built on trust, teamwork, and a commitment to growth for both athletes and staff.
Our coaches create safe, positive, and engaging environments where athletes build confidence, discipline, and a love for movement. We value coaches who lead with integrity, communicate well, and take pride in their impact on children and families.
Position Details
Recreational Coaches work with boys’ and girls’ recreational gymnastics, Kindergym, tumbling classes, and seasonal programs such as summer camps.
Schedule & Availability:
Classes
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00–8:00 PM (Wednesday and Thursday may also include 3:00 PM classes)
- Friday: 4:00–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Sunday (future): 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Birthday Parties
- Saturday: 1:30–5:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00–5:30 PM
Parent Night Out (once per month)
- Saturday: 5:30-8:30 PM
Open Gym
- Every Friday: 7:30–9:00 PM
Qualifications
Coaching experience preferred
Experience working with children required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
