Position Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available Part-time/High School students in Front of House start at $11/hour. Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact, & Speak Enthusiastically Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Be dependable, coachable, adaptable, & mature Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly; show initiative Be team-oriented with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Detail-oriented, able to multi-task Works well independently and in a team environment Works at least 2 Saturdays per month Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
