Develop, code, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install computer software. Recommends major changes in procedures and software development activities.What you will do:Lead in developing complex applications based upon technical and functional specificationsAssisting in the development of and adhering to technical and functional standardsUnder limited direction, research, define, & complete required additions and changes to financial software productsUnder limited direction, analyze technical specifications for creation of new or enhancing existing applications for compatibility with other systemsParticipate in strategic planning sessions and technical discussions and demonstrate the ability to assist in translating ideas into technical designsWhat you will need to have:6+ years of software development experienceKnowledgeable in object-oriented software design patterns, development, data modelling, and SOLID principlesExperience with C#, VB.net, and supported.net frameworks.Experience with JavaScript and frameworks including React, AngularJS, or ASP.Net.Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated functional testing: X-unit, N-unit, Selenium, Playwright, MS-Test, Test Café, etc.Knowledge of secure coding practices, tooling and finding remediation.Experience with source management tools including GIT, TFS, etc.Ability to resolve architectural problems including scalability, performance, reliability, usability & securityWhat would be great to have:Agile methodology, Jira and or confluenceUse of scripting, DevOps practices including CI/CD processes, containerizationFinancial industry interest and/or experienceSponsorship: You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
