Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Assist customers with product questions, account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support needs. Identify customer concerns and work toward timely and effective resolutions. Guide customers through basic technical troubleshooting using clear, easy-to-understand instructions. Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in company systems. Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach during every interaction. Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to help resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. Meet established customer care performance, quality, and productivity expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, call center, technical support, or related experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with computers, software applications, and technology. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to listen carefully, identify customer needs, and communicate solutions clearly. Ability to remain professional and composed when assisting customers with challenging situations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
