Job Description

 

· Directly manage one Maintenance Supervisor and a team of 10 technicians across two shifts

· Perform hands-on repairs on CNC laser cutting equipment and other production machinery

· Implement and manage a CMMS system to streamline maintenance operations

· Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs in collaboration with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime

· Coach, mentor, and train maintenance employees to enhance team capabilities and performance

· Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system issues

 

Key Requirements 

 

· Strong hands-on maintenance and repair planning experience

· Experience with CNC or CNC laser machining repair is highly preferred
