About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive / Hiring Manager to join our growing security patrol and operations team. This dual-role position is perfect for a high-energy professional who excels at both driving new business and building strong teams. You will spearhead sales efforts to expand our client portfolio while leading recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to support our expanding patrol routes across the Puget Sound region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial, residential, and industrial security patrol contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers in Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Arlington, and Eastside areas.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct site assessments, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools.
Hiring & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for security officers, patrol supervisors, and support staff.
  • Create job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support route expansion and coverage needs.
  • Collaborate on training programs and retention strategies to reduce turnover.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (security, facilities, or service industry preferred) with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Recruiting/hiring experience ideally in security, law enforcement, or high-volume staffing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record (field visits required).
  • Background in security operations or willingness to obtain relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
