Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Educate clients on Farmers insurance products and coverage options

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

• Generate new business and develop lasting client relationships

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Build your knowledge of insurance sales and agency operations

• Work alongside experienced leadership and receive ongoing coaching

• Develop the skills and experience necessary for potential future agency ownership

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property Casualty insurance license

• Sales or insurance experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused

• Coachable with a willingness to continuously learn

• Strong desire to build a long-term career
