Production Maintenance Mechanic

Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Ripon, WI
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week during peak season; 4x10 or 5x8 off-season
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair food-processing equipment and keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
Weld, fabricate, and install equipment as needed
Read blueprints and sketches
Document maintenance activities
Follow GMP, safety, and food-processing procedures
Requirements:
1 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or food processing
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Welding/fabrication experience preferred
Ability to work extended hours during the seasonal production period
