Patient Access Specialist

To support the operational excellence of Drug Pathway Programs, the full-time remote Patient Access Programs Operations Specialist will manage daily processing of updates, perform data entry and system configuration, and resolve operational issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day processing of Drug Pathway updates, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Perform data entry and system configuration, conducting audits to align the live system with internal standards Act as the first point of contact for operational bottlenecks, resolving discrepancies by collaborating with various teams Required qualifications High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or Data Analytics preferred 2+ years of experience in a high-volume operational role such as Pharmacy Technician or Claims Processing Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-stakes tasks with zero-defect accuracy High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting; experience with SQL is a plus Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira for tracking operational tasks preferred
