Senior Quality Manager

Steadfast Executive Search LLC is partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturing organization in the Rockledge, Florida area to identify a Senior Quality Manager.

Onsite: Rockledge, Florida

This is a fully onsite position working closely with operations leadership, quality personnel, and cross-functional manufacturing teams within a highly technical AS9100 manufacturing environment. The role offers the opportunity to join a stable and growing organization supporting complex aerospace and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for overseeing various aspects of quality operations, inspection activities, audit support, CAPA processes, root cause analysis, and overall manufacturing quality initiatives within a regulated aerospace environment.

The position will also oversee quality and inspection personnel, support internal and external audits, partner closely with manufacturing and operational leadership, and help drive accountability, process improvement, and overall quality performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of quality leadership experience within aerospace, aviation, defense or manufacturing

• Experience supporting AS9100 or other regulated quality systems, audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, inspection activities, and manufacturing quality processes

• Strong operational mindset with the ability to work closely with manufacturing and production teams

• Experience overseeing QA, inspection, or quality personnel within hands-on operational environments preferred

• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and overall process accountability

• Comfortable working within fast-paced operational environments with shifting priorities

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working within ERP/manufacturing systems preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 required

• Ability to work collaboratively across quality, manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams

• Strong professionalism, adaptability, communication skills, and overall ability to operate effectively within a collaborative team environment
