• Support the training and development of production staff to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
