• Join an established team of 4 physicians and 4 midlevel providers
• Flexible scheduling customized to best fit between provider and practice
• Clinic hours: Monday and Friday 8 am - 5 pm; Tuesday - Thursday 8 am - 8 pm
• 100% outpatient role; option to cover inpatient duties if desired
