Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide school-based services for a local school district in with multiple locations in Lansdale, Norristown and Maple Glen, PA.  You could be requested at any of the locations.  Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 3:30pm and you would be working with student 14-21 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances
