Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 5 years of maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical experience Industrial, electrical, or welding certifications are a plus Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and maintenance manuals Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and industrial equipment Experience with preventive maintenance programs Forklift certification or ability to operate a 3-ton forklift preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the shift Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed Job Duties Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery Inspect equipment, check lubricant levels, and apply grease as needed Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust mechanical equipment Assist with electrical repairs and installation projects Support pipe fitting, machinery installation, and equipment upgrades Maintain HVAC, lighting, water, sewer, and other building systems Help install and maintain new plant equipment Improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production goals and quality standards Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned Be the go-to problem solver.
