Corporate Attorney - Partner or Counsel (Sophisticated Boutique Firm)

Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney with 10+ years of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, complex corporate governance, and general transactional experience to join a growing Los Angeles-based boutique firm as Partner or Counsel. The successful candidate must have extensive experience managing a team that handles a high volume of complex matters as the lead attorney. This is a great opportunity to join a sophisticated boutique firm with a strong and collaborative culture and work on Big Law caliber deals without the internal pressure of building a book of business. A minimum of 10 years of experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is required.
