PepsiCo Truck Driver

Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target Location: Spooner WI Schedule: Working 5 days per week with 2 days off that vary. Work week will be 45+ hours/week spread over 5 days of each week. Working days will change depending on the route being covered for the week. Working days can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling through.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You'll Do:

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
