JMSC-IP Exercise Planner - Secret Clearance Required

Exercise Planner Make meaningful contributions that fuel critical outcomes for some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute unit collective training from Battalion up to Echelons Above Brigade. Assist unit leadership in planning collective training to meet objectives, identify gaps (resource, training, equipment) and work with the management team to fill them before training execution. Serve in a mentorship or observer/controller role when requested. Gather observations during training events and provide input to unit After Actions Review (AARs). Maintain a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs. Plan, prepare, and execute in accordance with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). May serve as team leader, task leader, or people manager. Perform other duties as required. Participate in special projects as required. Qualifications Education: BS/BA required; Military Education Level IV highly preferred; former FA-57 preferred or combined relevant experience. Required Experience: 10+ years of related work experience; military training and experience at Brigade level highly preferred; MTC experience preferred. Required Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle. Knowledge of wargaming principles and execution highly desired. Expert knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in development and delivery of training programs. Security Clearance: SECRET clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI. Required Skills and Abilities: Superb communication skills. Advanced knowledge of virtual and constructive simulations. Experience with Joint Integration highly desired. Location: On customer site; moderate travel to other customer sites throughout AoR. Employment Details Salary Range: $107,744 - $123,906 (not guaranteed). Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week. Travel Required: 10-25% of time. Telecommuting Options: Onsite. Work Location: USA HI Schofield. Additional Work Locations: None.
