Position Summary:

The Pricing Administrator provides essential support to the pricing team by maintaining pricing data, updating records, assisting with price file management, and supporting the execution of pricing changes. This role collaborates with internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy and timely updates.

* This is a fully on-site position based at our Houston-area office in Humble, TX *

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update pricing in systems and databases accurately.
• Process price changes, updates, and corrections as directed by the Pricing Manager.
• Assist with uploading price files and maintaining product pricing records.
• Monitor incoming pricing requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the sales and customer service teams with pricing-related inquiries.
• Assist with basic reporting tasks such as pulling price lists and verifying price accuracy.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to pricing operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or pricing support role (distribution or industrial products a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP or pricing systems preferred.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.
