Field Construction Observer & Site Liaison
Construction Services
A leading construction company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Construction Observer to ensure compliance with contract documents and codes across various projects. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of construction observation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. This role includes managing AIA documents, attending meetings, and preparing observation reports, making it critical for successful project delivery.
