Reporting directly to the Social Work Manager, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Evaluating the psychosocial needs of students and their families, delivering tailored interventions aimed at resolving personal and environmental challenges linked to mental or physical illnesses.

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to treatment, enhance patient health outcomes, and encourage effective resource utilization.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centric care plans, ensuring consistent monitoring and adaptation of treatment strategies to maximize mental health outcomes.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and ethical frameworks guided by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics in all therapeutic approaches.

• Documenting clinical activities in patient medical records according to departmental standards, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Educating patients and their families about treatment processes and adhering to medical advice, aiming to restore optimal functioning within their life circumstances.

• Providing outreach to community resources and advocacy programs, focusing on enhancing the support network for clients and fostering self-determination.

• Attending relevant training sessions to maintain professional development and expand clinical skills specific to the needs of diverse youth populations.

The primary focus of this role is on children, adolescents, and their families, with a strong emphasis on providing mental health support within the school system. This position requires sensitivity to age-specific developmental issues and cultural considerations, delivering engaging therapeutic techniques that resonate with young clients while addressing their unique challenges.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure, specifically at the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) level.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing care and interventions across varying life stages, taking into account developmental and cultural factors impacting service delivery.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster trust and rapport with patients.

Ideal candidates will have:
