They serve as trusted resources for regional teams, leading challenging opportunities, evaluating complex technical and financial decisions, communicating effectively with executive stakeholders, and driving alignment across multidisciplinary teams.Successful Executive Project Developers understand how customer needs, building systems, financial structures, construction execution, risk management, emerging technologies, and organizational priorities come together to create successful projects. They are comfortable leading workshops, coaching regional developers, reviewing construction strategies, and presenting to executive decision makers. Above all, they elevate everyone around them.**What you will do:*** **Lead Strategic Project Development*** Oversee project development for high-profile, complex, and strategic opportunities across North America* Support regional teams throughout opportunity qualification, audit planning, solution development, project strategy, financial evaluation, risk management, customer engagement, and contract execution* **Support Regional Teams & Capability Growth*** Collaborate with Project Developers, Sales teams, Energy Engineers, and Operations leaders to strengthen project development capabilities* Provide coaching, mentoring, technical guidance, and project leadership support to ensure successful development and execution of complex opportunities* **Drive Project Strategy & Customer Alignment*** Facilitate definition of customer objectives, prioritization of investments, evaluation of alternatives, and alignment of stakeholders around a common vision* Support executive presentations, customer workshops, and strategic planning discussions throughout project development* **Advance Project Development Excellence*** Promote deployment and adoption of project development standard work, tools, processes, and best practices across North America* Encourage knowledge sharing, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities to enhance consistency, quality, productivity, and customer outcomes* **Champion Innovation & Emerging Technologies*** Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to identify new solution opportunities* Partner with internal experts to incorporate advanced technologies, building analytics, geothermal, digital solutions, AI-enabled tools, electrification strategies, and resilience-focused solutions into customer projects* **Ensure Technical, Financial & Execution Alignment*** Guide teams in balancing customer objectives, technical feasibility, financial performance, constructability, operational considerations, implementation risk, and long-term value* Support quality reviews of audits, financial models, project scopes, contractor strategies, and customer deliverables**What you will bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Energy Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience* 8+ years of experience leading development of complex energy, infrastructure, facility modernization, design-build, performance contracting, or capital improvement projects* Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project development teams through opportunity qualification, audit development, solution development, financial evaluation, and contract execution* Strong understanding of building systems, energy conservation measures, facility infrastructure, constructability, and project implementation strategies* Experience developing and evaluating business cases, lifecycle cost analyses, financial models, project risks, and customer value propositions* Ability to lead and influence diverse teams without direct authority* Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive engagement skills* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from facility and operational stakeholders to executive leadership* Experience coordinating engineers, consultants, contractors, estimators, operations teams, and customer stakeholders throughout project development* Willingness to travel throughout North America to support regional teams and strategic customer opportunitiesPreferred Experience* Experience leading Investment Grade Audits (IGA), Detailed Audits, Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC), Design-Build, Large Turnkey, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Municipal, Federal, Industrial, or Commercial projects* Deep familiarity with HVAC systems, controls, energy management systems, electrical infrastructure, central utility plants, renewable energy systems, resilience solutions, and intelligent building technologies* Experience managing project development budgets, schedules, audit teams, consultant engagements, and contractor procurement activities* Experience deploying standard work, operational improvements, capability-building programs, or organizational change initiatives across multiple teams or regionsPreferred CertificationsOne or more of the following certifications are valued:* Professional Engineer (PE)* Certified Energy Manager (CEM)* Project Management Professional (PMP)* Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA)* LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)* Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP)**Échelle annuelle de salaire de base ou échelle horaire de rémunération de base :**$113,600.00 - $204,609.99**Type de rémunération :**Salaire**Admissible à la prime**Yes**Admissible à la commission sur les ventes :**No**Avertissement**Nous nous efforçons d’offrir une rémunération concurrentielle pour ce poste, adaptée à divers facteurs.
