Why Work Here?

You will join a passionate, mission-driven team focused on building groundbreaking prototype products with the goal of reaching full production. The culture emphasizes collaboration, where every person plays a meaningful part in achieving ambitious milestones and contributing to something historic. You will work in an environment that values initiative, innovation, and continuous improvement, offering the opportunity to grow your skills while helping to build complex, large-scale hardware.

Work Environment

The role is based primarily on the manufacturing floor, supporting facility operations in a fast-paced prototype environment where designs and processes frequently evolve and there may be limited blueprints to follow. Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor settings, often around very large products and structures, with a significant portion of time spent outdoors due to the size of the equipment and vehicles. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break. The environment requires adaptability, comfort with changing priorities, and readiness to take initiative in a hands-on, production-oriented setting, including the safe use of fabrication tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding.
