CNC Machinist (must be able to program at Machine) $45 hr (all shifts)

This is a direct hire opportunity from day one

Responsibilities;

• Program CNC lathe and/or milling machines using CAM software
• Edit and adjust programs as needed at the machine
• Optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Setup & Operation
• Perform multiple complex setups
• Set machine origins and fixture alignment
• Load tooling and configure machines for production
• Precision Machining
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions / method sheets
• Use precision measurement tools: Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges
• Perform in-process and final inspection
• Ensure parts match engineering specifications

Qualifications

• CNC lathe and/or milling experience required
• CAM programming experience (required)
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to handle complex setups and independent problem-solving

Up to $45/hour depending on experience
