Carolina Outreach is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver in-home, community-based therapy to individuals and families in North Carolina. You will provide crisis assessment, service coordination, and evidence-based interventions within ACT team services, collaborating with families and natural supports to support daily living and well-being.
