Production Workers

Job Title: Production Workers Location: Alsip, IL Pay Range: $21.22 Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM – Mondays thru Fridays – some Saturdays What's the Job? Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions. Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned. Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices. Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed. Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area. What's Needed? Ability to follow Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions. Willingness to consistently follow safety policies, including correct PPE use and safe equipment operation. Comfort working in a production environment that requires physical tasks such as loading/unloading. Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
